Chlorpyrifos 50% + Cypermethrin 5% EC is a broad-spectrum, dual-action insecticide effective against both chewing and sucking pests in agriculture and horticulture.

Composition and Mode of Action

This formulation combines Chlorpyrifos (50%), an organophosphate insecticide, and Cypermethrin (5%), a synthetic pyrethroid Chlorpyrifos acts as a contact and stomach poison, interfering with nerve transmission in insects, while Cypermethrin provides rapid knockdown and residual activity by prolonging nerve excitation, causing paralysis and death  The combination offers synergistic action, enhancing pest control and reducing resistance development

• Aphids, whiteflies, leafhoppers, and thrips
• Caterpillars such as Spodoptera litura and bollworms (American and Pink Bollworm)
